Full Job Description POSITION: Revit Architectural Drafter & Designer
FWH Associates, P.A. is looking for a full-time architect for our Toms River or Bernardsville, NJ office. The Architectural Designer is responsible for reviewing the project scope, estimating hours required for project completion, and completing building design and application.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors in Architecture or related field (or currently enrolled) with 0-1 years of experience, or a HS diploma with 2-3 years of related internship or REVIT drafting experience.
JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge and use of Revit.
- Detailed design and layout of plans with minimal direction
- Building inspections of existing services and trades (when appropriate)
- Possess sufficient knowledge of drawings consistent with instruction, guidelines, standards
- Learn/be familiar with building codes
