FWH Associates announces addition of Daniel Fischer and Jonathan Miller as partners to the firm
FWH Associates, P.A., a leading provider of engineering, surveying, planning, landscape architecture, and architectural services headquartered in Toms River, New Jersey, is pleased to announce Daniel Fischer and Jonathan Miller as partners in the firm as of January 1, 2022.
Daniel Fischer, P.E., P.P., CME joined FWH in 2015 and is currently our Sitework Director. Mr. Fischer graduated from NJIT with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and brings over 23 years of professional experience in project management for various land development projects in public and private sectors. Prior to joining FWH Associates, Mr. Fischer worked as an Ocean County inspector for various road projects and as a resident engineer for NJDOT where he coordinated traffic control, implemented design revisions and provided quality control inspections for all construction work. He has extensive experience in the hydrologic and hydraulic design of stormwater management systems including the layout of site and subdivision drainage systems, basin routing, Hec-Ras studies, HEC-HMS studies, underground detention systems, and dam design. He is also proficient in roadway design and grading projects as well as ADA compliance projects. Mr. Fischer also has extensive experience in providing expert testimony before various city and township planning and zoning boards. Within FWH’s community associations division, Mr. Fischer provides transition support and oversight of construction projects including drainage remediation and evaluations for association developments.
Jonathan Miller, P.E., C.F.M., joined FWH in 2017 and is currently our Structural Director. Mr. Miller graduated from Drexel University with a dual Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering and brings over 15 years of professional experience of project management and structural design. Prior to joining FWH Associates, his work focused on improvements to single family homes including house elevations, structural evaluations, component design, and waterfront structure remediation and design. Mr. Miller specializes in structural engineering and provides forensic evaluations of existing buildings, analysis and designs for framing, foundation, and retaining walls for both existing and new construction. Within FWH’s community associations division, Mr. Miller provides transition support and oversight of construction projects including structural remediation and condition assessments for association buildings.
