FWH Associates, P.A. is looking for a recent graduate in the civil engineering field with an interest in community association procedures, design, and site work construction.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Internship experience in the civil engineering field
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
- Ability to attend evening meetings with client, as required
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop reports, plans and details in support of community association projects
- Prepare technical specifications for large scale community replacements (e.g. roofing, siding)
- Prepare construction cost estimates
- Interact directly with clients, attorneys and homeowners and maintain professionalism
